Dialfire offers you full flexibility—even when it comes to pricing. Pay only for the features you need and the calls you make. There are no monthly licensing fees.
For each call minute*, there are two types of costs: telephony connection costs and Dialfire platform costs.

* A call minute is counted from the moment the called party or their voicemail answers the call until the call is ended. For inbound calls, it is counted from the moment the caller is connected to the dialer.
** The listed prices are per minute, depending on the features activated for each campaign, and are billed in one-second increments starting from the 10th second of each call minute for a given campaign, unless otherwise stated. Voice recordings and related functions are billed based on recording duration. The activity module is billed based on the duration of agent-dialer connections. Unless otherwise stated, taxes are not included in Dialfire prices, and all applicable taxes are to be paid by the customer. Dialfire prices are quoted in {{ getCurrencyName }} and are subject to change. Additional fees may apply. The provision of telephony services is subject to our separate General Terms and Conditions (ZGB). The displayed prices correspond to the average bids of our customers that resulted in successful call connections over the last three months.

**** This simulator offers an estimate of the monthly cost compared to a pay-as-you-go model. The calculation is based on 212 working days per year, factoring in vacation, public holidays, and sick leave. It assumes a working time to telephony time ratio of 10:7.5. Please note that actual costs may vary due to factors such as dialer mode, project-specific reachability, agent efficiency, and other variables.
